This time of year I always come back to the same truth — that death and rebirth aren't just seasonal, they're the soul's oldest story.
Invariably that message shows up in my readings too.
Because even as a psychic medium, the energy around me is always telling a story.
I gave a reading a few weeks ago that I keep coming back to.
My client had lost a true friend. His creative partner. A deep soul connection that I know many of you also have: a true bond.
Years had passed, and the grief hadn't.
It had just gone quiet — the kind of quiet that sits in the chest and makes it hard to create, hard to reach for the work that once felt natural. He hadn't been able to make art the way he used to.
In this particular reading, his friend came through.
And what came with him wasn't vague comfort or a general sense of peace. It was specific. It was personal. He acknowledged the friendship — confirmed it in ways only he could — and thanked my client for their bond.
Here's the thing. I always say that a reading can't erase grief, and I mean that.
But what it can do — what happened in that session — is offer something grief rarely gives on its own:
Connection.
The knowing that the person you lost is not simply gone. That the connection didn't end, it just changed form.
His friend in spirit is still with him. Still part of the creative current that moves through him. And now my client knows that.
In every reading I have ever given, love has always found a way through.
A soul's ability to reach the people it loves — through dreams, through inspired thoughts, through synchronicities that really knock your socks off--it all becomes a part of your experience.
The relationship is different after a physical death. But it is never gone.
Our soul friends continue to walk with us as you and I walk the journey of this incarnation.
